POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Payment Policy

All students must maintain a valid payment method on file.
Recurring tutoring sessions are scheduled through the student portal.
Tuition is charged automatically on the 1st of each month for all scheduled sessions that month.
Once monthly payment is processed, that month's schedule is confirmed.
Families wishing to discontinue tutoring must provide 30 days' written notice.

Scheduling

Recurring sessions reserve your tutor's time each week.
Parents may manage their schedule through the student portal before the monthly billing date.
Additional sessions may be requested based on tutor availability.

Cancellations & Make-Up Sessions

Student Cancellations:

24+ hours' notice: One make-up credit will be issued for the missed session.
Less than 24 hours' notice: The session is forfeited and no make-up credit will be provided.

Make-up Credits:

Must be scheduled directly with your tutor.
Are subject to tutor availability.
Expire after 60 days.

Tutor Cancellations:

If your tutor cancels a session, a make-up credit will automatically be issued.
Tutor-issued make-up credits do not expire and may be used at any mutually convenient time.

Student Expectations

Arrive on time and ready to learn. Missed time due to lateness cannot be added to the end of the lesson.
Come prepared with materials (syllabus, homework, prep materials, laptop, paper, pencils, etc.).
Complete assigned practice whenever possible.
Communicate respectfully with their tutor.
