Kelly Mulligan has taught and established lifelong relationships with students all over the world! She has passionately served as a private instructor, private school teacher (K-8), public educator (Secondary English), and university lecturer (Business Communications). Kelly is currently residing in Wake County, North Carolina, where she provides students with affordable tutoring, test preparation, and developmental-career coaching.
