Registration Steps

​

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

  • Complete the Student Inquiry Form below to begin the process. We will match you with an available tutor based on your needs and preferences.

Step 2: Meet Your Tutor​

  • After submitting the form, the owner will respond with tutor options and availability. Schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation to meet your tutor.

Step 3: Confirm and Register​

  • If the tutor is a great fit, confirm with the owner and complete the Student Sign-Up Form to create your student portal account.

Step 4: Access Your Student Portal

  • Once your account is set up, you will receive login credentials for the Student Portal. Here, you can view and confirm your tutoring sessions, pay invoices, and manage your schedule.

Step 5: Review & Manage Your Schedule

  • Use the Student Portal to review your monthly calendar. Make any changes or cancellations for the following month before making payments.

Payment Information

​

  • Your recurring tutoring sessions will be automatically added to the calendar in the student portal each month.

  • Invoices are sent 4 days before the 1st of each month to allow time for any adjustments. This provides you with an opportunity to update your calendar if necessary (e.g., for holidays or other scheduling conflicts).

  • Payments must be made by the 1st of the month for all scheduled sessions. Once payment is made, the schedule for that month is locked in.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and make any adjustments to the calendar before making payment. After payment, changes cannot be made for that month.

  • Payment options are listed on your invoice, and online payment is available through the portal (note: a convenience fee applies to credit card payments).​

Cancellation Policy

​

  • If the student cannot attend a lesson, contact your tutor immediately.

  • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be fully charged, and a make-up session will not be offered.

  • For cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice, you must arrange a make-up session with your tutor within the same monthly term.

  • Make-up sessions cannot be carried over to the next month.

  • If the tutor cancels a lesson, a make-up session will be scheduled within that month's term. If not, a full refund will be issued.

Expectations
 

  • Lessons begin promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Students should come prepared with materials (laptop, paper, pencils, etc.).

  • Late arrivals cannot be compensated with extra time due to full scheduling.

  • Recording sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from the tutor.

  • We are available for questions via email between sessions and aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
