Our policies help to ensure a positive, consistent, and successful experience for every family. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Payment Policy

  • A valid payment method is required for recurring tutoring.

  • At enrollment, you’ll pay for all remaining sessions that month.

  • Future months are automatically billed in advance for scheduled sessions.

  • Once payment is processed, sessions are confirmed and non-refundable.

  • To discontinue tutoring, email kelly@mulliganeducation.com at least 7 days before your next billing period.

  • Canceling individual lessons through the portal does not cancel your recurring enrollment or future billing.

Scheduling

  • Tutoring is booked on a recurring weekly schedule.

  • Your regular day and time are reserved for your student.

  • Use the booking link in your portal to view availability and schedule eligible make-ups.

  • Additional sessions may be added anytime, subject to tutor availability.

  • Reductions in weekly frequency take effect with the next billing period.

Cancellations & Makeups

Student Cancellations

  • Maximum 1 make-up per student, per month.

  • Requires more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Additional cancellations that month are forfeited, even with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are forfeited.

Make-up Credits

  • Schedule through your portal booking link.
    Subject to tutor availability.
    Must be used within 60 days.
    No refunds or tuition credits.

Tutor Cancellations

  • You’ll receive a make-up and won’t lose the session.
    Tutor cancellations do not count toward your monthly make-up limit.

Student Expectations

  • Arrive on time and ready to learn with needed materials.

  • Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time; missed time cannot be made up or credited.

  • Students should participate actively and treat tutors respectfully.

  • Share upcoming tests, assignments, and areas of difficulty with your tutor.

  • For virtual sessions, use a laptop or desktop, reliable internet, and camera.

  • Headphones and a drawing tablet/stylus are recommended for virtual tutoring.
