Understand where they are.
During the first few sessions, tutors get to know your student and use grade-level standards and skill checks to identify strengths and potential gaps.
If foundational skills need work, we build them into ongoing sessions so students can move forward with confidence.

Support
Help with what's happening now.
Homework due tomorrow. A concept that didn’t click. An upcoming quiz or test.
Each session starts with your student’s most immediate needs, providing focused help with what’s happening in the classroom right now.

Prepare.
Get ahead of what's next.
Once immediate needs are covered, we keep going. Tutors use the remaining time intentionally — reinforcing foundational skills, reviewing concepts that need more practice, or preparing for upcoming assignments and tests.
Students may also leave with recommended practice to continue between sessions.

Virtual doesn’t mean hands-off. Our tutors turn the screen into a shared workspace where students can solve problems, write, highlight, and work directly on their own assignments alongside their tutor.
With live annotation and an endless library of digital resources at their fingertips, tutors can bring in examples, practice, and visuals the moment a student needs them—making sessions engaging, collaborative, and completely tailored to the student.
